CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

As part of HCG's Contract Administration services our experienced professionals will guide the client through the bidding/negotiation phase and selecting an appropriate Contractor, lead pre-construction, construction and post construction meetings to verify the project is on schedule and being performed per the contract documents.     

One of the most valuable services provided during this phase of work are weekly site visits to monitor the installation and construction of designed work. These visits allow the client to know that they are receiving the exact quality of work they are paying for.
