Construction Quality Assurance

QC consists of procedures used to determine whether completed items meet the required quality. Features, characteristics, and functional performance as measured and compared with contract requirements.     

One of the most valuable services provided by Hollon+Cannon during construction are weekly site visits to monitor the installation and construction of designed work. Inspections performed following the completion of work do not have the benefit of observing the construction while in progress.  Many times inspections performed by Manufacturers or Contractors can miss key critical elements crucial to the longevity of the designed building envelope system.     

Essential to the overall success of a project, periodic QC site visits performed by a qualified professional help the Owner to realize the full potential of the designed building system.
